INTRODUCTION:

At Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Dr. Swarupa serves as the Director and Unit Head of the Radiation Oncology Department. She has more than 23 years of post-MD experience and has been invited to teach at several national and international forums, such as the Indian College of Radiation Oncologists (ICRO), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC). She is the Co- guide for Phd Thesis at the University of Ghent, Belgium. She was a Nominated Member of Project Advisory committee For Health Communication, Dept Of Science and Technology, Govt Of India She received the certificate of recognition by The Health Minister Jharkhand for contribution in creating cervical cancer awareness in Women of Jharkhand.
