Dr. Rajendra Prasad is a brain and spine surgeon with over 35 years of experience in this field and has performed more than 4000 brain and spine surgeries at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. His area of special interest is spine surgery. He has a large experience in spine surgery for degenerative diseases like microdiscectomy for lumbar and cervical disc prolapse, micro-surgical laminotomies for lumbar canal stenosis, and spinal instrumentation using implants for spinal injuries, infections like Tb, tumors, spondylo-listhesis, and cervical and lumbar artificial disc replacement.
