INTRODUCTION:

Dr. Singh is a senior member of the comprehensive, multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art facility at the Apollo Cancer Institute. After his post-graduation from KGMC, Lucknow, he has worked as a consultant in surgical oncology at the malignant disease treatment centers of large teaching hospitals of the Armed Forces for 18 years.

He has been further trained at the Tata Memorial Hospitals in Mumbai and the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. He has been awarded an International Union against Cancer (UICC) fellowship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. He brought more than thirty years of devoted oncology experience to PSRI, New Delhi, and Batra Hospital before voluntarily retirement in 2000.

Experience

  • He carried over two decades of dedicated oncology experience to Batra Hospital and PSRI, New Delhi. Since joining the Apollo Cancer Institute, he has been able to utilize his experience in major surgical resections of head and neck cancers, gastrointestinal and lung cancers, and organ preservation surgeries in the breast, larynx, and limbs.
  • He is a senior member of the comprehensive, multidisciplinary state-of-the-art facility at the Apollo Cancer Institute.
