INTRODUCTION:

 Dr. Sandeep Guleria is one of the best transplant surgeon, with over 33 years of experience to his practice. He holds the position of professor within the Department of Surgery at the prestigious (AIIMS) All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, while also serving as a key member of the team at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, where he specializes in kidney transplants. His expertise extends to various aspects of transplant surgery, including vascular access procedures, dialysis, peritoneal dialysis surgery, percutaneous renal biopsies, and renal transplant surgery. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in leading the team responsible for conducting the first two kidney-pancreas transplants in India.
