INTRODUCTION

Dr. (Col.) Arun Kumar is currently active as a senior consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology at PSRI Hospital, New Delhi. He has worked for 26 years in the Indian Army and has been in PSRI for the last 17 years. He completed his MBBS and attained an MD (MED) degree. Later, he fetched DM specialization in gastroenterology from AIIMS, Delhi.

He has vast experience handling diseases of the stomach, intestines, and liver. He has expertise in all kinds of endoscopic procedures. He has also been an active member of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology, the Indian Association for Liver, and the Indian Society of Endoscopy.
