INTRODUCTION:

Dr. Sanjiv Mohan is a well-known ophthalmologist with over 27 years of experience who is recognized for his expertise in cataracts, cornea, and refractive surgery. He pursued his medical degree from SMS Medical College. Jaipur in 1993 and a Masters in Ophthalmology in 1996 from Kamataka University. He completed his advanced surgical training in Scotland, UK. (1998–2000). In March 2010, he received an honorary FRCS (Glasgow). He remained as a consultant at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, from 2000–2006. He conducted various eye camps in Uttarakhand for 5 years. He has been actively involved in education and imparting knowledge. He is an honorary examiner with the Royal College of Glasgow (UK). The Royal College of Glasgow also conducts its fellowship exams (F.R.C.S.) in ophthalmology every year at the Institute. He has been a postgraduate teacher for over 16 years, and to his credit, his research work and dissertations have been accepted by the National Board of Examinations and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. He is a member of many ophthalmological professional bodies. He has conducted several continuing medical education (CME) programs on recent advances in ophthalmology.
