INTRODUCTION:

Dr. Aprajita Pradhan has finished her MBBS and MD (internal medicine) from NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University. At Queen Mary University, St. Bartholomew Hospital, London, she is one of the few Indians to receive training in clinical endocrinology and completed her DNB in endocrinology from Medanta-The Medicity, Gurgaon. She brings with her national and international experience in managing adult endocrine diseases like diabetes mellitus, obesity, dyslipidaemia, thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal gland-related disorders, metabolic bone diseases, PCOD, and hypogonadism. She also has expertise in managing paediatric endocrine disorders like short stature, diabetes mellitus, puberty-related disorders, etc. Her research included work on monoclonal antibodies related to endocrinopathies and NAFLD in diabetes mellitus. She has also received lots of awards for her research.
