After thereafter, she received her MD from the University of Delhi and focused in anesthesiology. During my senior residency, I gained a great deal of experience in cardiac anesthesia. I was very motivated to move to intensive care because it is a rapidly expanding subspecialty in our nation. I quickly gained recognition as a teacher from The Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine for both the Post MBBS Certificate Course in Critical Care for MBBS doctors and the Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM) for postgraduate candidates.
