From the esteemed Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), in Lucknow, Dr. Abhai Verma received his training in gastroenterology. Following his studies in gastroenterology, he pursued a fellowship in GI physiology post-doctoral. He managed all GE and hepato pancreatobiliary patient types during his six and a half years as a faculty member in the Gastroenterology department at SGPGIMS. He has earned a special name in the field of GI motility and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. He has published many research papers and is also a reviewer of many renowned journals.
