INTRODUCTION:

Currently employed by Medanta as an Associate Director of Radiation Oncology, is Dr. Shyam Bisht. He holds a masters degree from KGMU, Lucknow, and has worked in oncology for over 17 years. He completed a year-long fellowship in SRS-SBRT and high precision radiation therapy, and he received CyberKnife radiosurgery system training. His areas of expertise are SBRT/SABR, Lung, Breast, and Prostate Cancer Treatment, as well as Cranial Radiosurgery (SRS).He has contributed to four oncology textbooks and has over fifty full-text international papers to his credit. He has been awarded GC Pant Young Doctor Award at the National Conference, the European Society of Radiation Oncology (ESTRO)-Varian Awards in Spain, and Gold Medals (Thrice) at National Conferences.
