INTRODUCTION:

Dr Harikrishnan Nair has completed his MCh in cardiothoracic surgery from the prestigious Topiwala National Medical College and Nair Hospital, Mumbai in 2018.He was employed at King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital in Mumbai as an assistant professor of cardiothoracic surgery. After completing his training in adult cardiac surgery, he relocated to Australia in 2021, where he was employed as a fellow in pediatric cardiac surgery at the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane and the Perth Children’s Hospital. He possesses a distinct skill set that very few surgeons can match thanks to his training in both adult and pediatric cardiac surgery. His key interests include Pediatric cardiac surgeries, aortic surgeries and ECMO.
