INTRODUCTION:

Dr Ankur Mittal is presently working as Associate consultant in the Department of Nephrology and Kidney transplantation. He completed his nephrology training in the Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital in Nadiad, Gujarat. His areas of interest are kidney transplants and various forms of renal replacement therapy. He is skilled in carrying out interventions such PD catheter insertion, kidney biopsy, and creating vascular access for hemodialysis. He specializes in kidney transplants that are high risk and ABO incompatible. He has a strong interest in problems following kidney transplantation and is actively involved in the department’s research team.
