INTRODUCTION:

With training in paediatric gastroenterology, Dr. Sailen Kumar Bana is a committed pediatrician with a wealth of experience in treating patients ranging in age from newborns to eighteen. He diagnoses and treats a variety of gastrointestinal problems and specializes in pediatric endoscopy and colonoscopy. In his capacity as the head of the Paediatric GI Motility Unit, he has conducted more than 150 anorectal manometries to diagnose and treat refractory constipation, which he treats using biofeedback therapy. He is also skilled in the practice of esophageal manometry. Dr. Bana is also an expert in performing skin prick tests to diagnose food allergies. Known for his personable approach, he effectively relates to patients, parents, and staff, driven by a genuine love for children and a commitment to improving their health and well-being.
