INTRODUCTION:

Dr. Shanky Koul works at Medanta Medicity’s Institute of Digestive & Hepatobiliary Sciences as an associate consultant gastroenterologist. He has worked in the field of gastroenterology for more than six years. He is very interested in endoscopic ultrasound, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and therapeutic and diagnostic endoscopy. He is one of the first group of Indian gastroenterologists to receive training from leading Japanese endoscopy experts in association with Olympus India on standardizing endoscopic procedures and identifying early signs of stomach cancer.
