He has an M.B.B.S., an M.S. in General Surgery, and an M.Ch. in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. he has served at prestigious institutions such as Kasturba Medical College, Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, and Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. Among his noteworthy studies are publications on minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting and hand injuries. He is a Fellow in Minimal Access Surgery and specializes in adult cardiac surgery, coronary artery disease, and valvular heart disease.
