INTRODUCTION:

Dr. Arvind Khurana has over 35 years of extensive experience in a variety of gastroenterology-related fields. Among the more than 1,50,000 endoscopic treatments he has successfully completed are more than 25,000 cases of biliary stenting and EPT/CBD stone removal, 2000 metallic stenting, 950 foreign body removal cases, 2000 PEG implantation, 900 PTBD, and pediatric and neonatal endoscopy. Every month, Dr. Khurana regularly completes more than 75 pancreaticobiliary surgeries. Dr. Khurana holds an M.D. in Medicine from Delhi University and completed his D.M. in Gastroenterology at G.B. Pant Hospital, Delhi University, in 1991. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the prestigious Royal College of Physicians in Ireland (F.R.C.P.). Dr. Arvind Khurana is well-known for his research and has published several publications, such as Foreign Bodies of Upper GI Tract? An Experience of 161 Cases, Vagal Nerve Dysfunction in Patients with Corrosive Esophageal Strictures, and Caroli’s Disease CT Evaluation. He actively participates in conference planning as well. For six years, he coordinated the yearly Fortiscon-gastro vision, RGCON-gastro vision, and JGCON-gastro vision.
