INTRODUCTION:

Among the best pediatricians in Asia is Dr. Krishnan Chugh. He was among the first pediatricians in India to begin practicing pediatric pulmonary pulmonology and allergy. He has a great deal of experience in neonatal and pediatric bronchoscopy. In India, he is a pioneer in the field of interventional bronchoscopy for children. Every year, he leads a pediatric bronchoscopy workshop at FMRI. In 1982, he established the nation’s first pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Kalawati Saran Children Hospital, located at Lady Harding Medical College in New Delhi. Later when he moved to Sir Ganga ram Hospital, New Delhi, He set up the first PICU in private sector in the country. He is now in charge of FMRI’s PICU. He is among the top kid specialists in the Delhi NCR and Gurgaon areas. Teaching and training young pediatricians is something that Dr. Chugh is passionate about. Numerous pediatricians that he educated are currently operating PICUs in their different cities and villages with success.
