INTRODUCTION:

The esteemed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi is where Dr. Srilathaa received his training as a corneal, cataract, and refractive surgeon. She is skilled in keratoprosthesis, endothelial keratoplasties, lamellar, and full thickness corneal transplantation procedures. Her experience in treating several corneal infections is firsthand. Having done numerous FemtoLASIK, Contoura, and ICL procedures, she is passionate about offering each eye the safest and best refractive surgery option possible. She is skilled in both cataract surgery and the installation of high-end intraocular lenses. She has a long list of publications to her name and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. The Asia Cornea Society recently granted her a Santen educational grant so she could continue her education at the Singapore National Eye Center. She played a key role in establishing and leading the cornea and refractive surgery services at Medanta the Medicity in Gurgaon for more than six years prior to joining Fortis. She started the Hospital Cornea Retrieval Program while she was employed there, and it was a great success.
