INTRODUCTION:

In 1976, Dr. Ashok Omar graduated with an MBBS from GSVM Medical College in Kanpur. In 1981, he earned his MD in medicine from GSVM Medical College in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. From 1982 until 1987, the National Heart Institute in New Delhi provided cardiology training. In 1988, he became a Consultant in Cardiology at Escorts Heart Institute. Over 100 research articles, including abstracts, have been published in national and international journals.
