INTRODUCTION:

With twenty years of expertise, Dr. Neeraj Awasthy is the Director of Paediatric Cardiology at the Fortis Escorts Heart Institute in New Delhi. The University of Delhi awarded him an MBBS in 1999, an MD in pediatrics in 2004, and a Fellowship N.B. (Paediatric Cardiology) from the National Board of Examinations in 2009. He frequently serves as a faculty member at numerous national and international conferences. He has over 120 articles and serves on the review boards of numerous national and international magazines. The doctor’s services include: neonatal interventions, cardiac surgery, postoperative care, pulmonary artery hypertension, balloon valvoplasty, stenting, pediatric cardiac imaging, including echocardiography, foetal cardiology, paediatric cardiomyopathy, GUCH, etc.; pediatric cardiac interventions, including PDA, ASD, VSD, RSOV, preterm PDA and interventions and devices; and neonatal cardiac surgery.
