INTRODUCTION:

Dr. Ravindra Singh is a skilled orthopaedic spine specialist (surgeon) with over 23 years of experience and training, including 15 years in spine and orthopaedics. He holds a National Board (NBE) degree in orthopaedics and a Delhi Medical Council (DMC) license. He completed his DNB in orthopaedics at Hindu Rao Hospital in Delhi after earning his MBBS at GSVM Medical College in Kanpur. Dr. Singh completed international fellowships in adult and pediatric spine surgery from South Korea and Canada. Dr. Singh taught spine surgery at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, prior to joining Fortis Escorts Hospital. In addition to an endoscopic spine fellowship at Nanoori Hospital in Seoul, South Korea, he completed clinical spine fellowships at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Dr. Singh has expertise in robotic, minimally invasive, and endoscopic spine operations in addition to conventional spine surgeries. Dr. Singh is one of the few spine surgeons in the Delhi-NCR with formal, comprehensive training in difficult spine surgeries, scoliosis, endoscopic spine surgery, and pediatrics. He treats spine issues patient-centeredly and has no preference for conservative or surgical methods. His philosophy places a strong emphasis on patient education, communication, and group decision-making. Among other orthopaedic subspecialties, Dr. Singh’s experience includes trauma, arthroscopy, arthroplasty (joint replacement), pediatrics, limb reconstruction, and deformity correction.
